The opportunity

This is not joining a big team.

Move37 is early. The first team will be small — likely two core people around Rich to begin with.

That means the work will not be narrow. You will not sit inside one fixed job description. You will help research markets, test offers, build pages, use AI tools, shape funnels, automate workflows, speak to reality and find out what customers actually respond to.

The deal is simple: you help build and test Move37’s first opportunities, and in return you get direct exposure to how ideas are turned into real commercial tests — with the aim of learning how to spot, test and build serious commercial businesses with real scale potential.

Best suited to someone who is AI-native, commercially curious, and wants to turn skills in building, vibe coding, automation, content, growth or online marketing into serious business judgement.

Not for someone who wants a narrow corporate role, a manager telling them exactly what to do, or a safe CV-polish job.

Give one or more recent examples where AI made you meaningfully faster or better. Real usage, not “I tried ChatGPT once”.

Which AI/software tools do you use regularly, and what do you use each one for?
